At the request of MADA, Attorney General Lynn Fitch has approved the use of the FTC Buyers Guide for sales where the vehicle is sold “As Is.” This simplifies the paperwork for dealers.

In a unified effort, key leaders from the Mississippi Automobile Dealers Association (MADA) joined forces with dealers and dealer association executives from across the nation during the NADA Washington Conference. MADA Chairman Paxton King, NADA Director Michael Joe Cannon, Auto PAC Chairman Roger Bacon and MADA President Marty Milstead traveled to Capitol Hill to urge Congress to address critical issues impacting car dealerships and their customers.
